When you purchase a new property you have 15 days revision period after the contract is signed, this is the opportunity to go over the documents of incorporation of the Condo Association and other details regarding the property.

The Deposit schedule is as follows.

  • 1st deposit – 20% Contract Signature
  • 2nd Deposit – 15% 120 days from execution
  • 3rd Deposit – 15% 120 thereafter
  • Balance at closing – completion end of 2015
