L’Atelier Residences is a beautiful oceanfront tower that will give its residents a resort lifestyle that only Miami Beach can offer. This exclusive building is being developed by SMG Management in partnership with W Capital Group. It is expected to be completed by 2016.

Architect Luis Revuelta and Interior designer Holly Hunt are creating a modern, boutique-style oasis where the iconic Golden Sands Hotel once stood. The Golden Sands was an iconic 1950s resort built shortly after WWII. L’Atelier will also make great use of the beautiful beachfront property with a private beach area for residents and a landscape design by famed Swiss landscape architect, Enzo Enea.

L’Atelier will have 3 and 4 bedroom units, as well as 6-bedroom multi-level penthouses. Sizes of the homes range from 4,600-square-feet full-floor units to 2,300-square-feet half-floor units. There are only 23 residences in total.
