One of the most awaited condo projects in barrier island city in Northeast Miami – Muse – is finally coming to realization as a luxurious oceanfront rising to the sky 47-story condo. The planned highrise building will portray the popular artist Helidon Xhixha’s sculpture. While it may seem like a real estate project, it is nothing less than a work of art. As such, what can be better than being inspired from your living space?
The project is headed by Property Markets Group and S2 Development of Aventura Group. The expected height is 649 feet, which is the maximum height permitted to any builder.
The breathtaking beach waits at the front of your terrace at Muse Sunny Isles. The site is located north of the affluent village of Bal Harbour, at 17141 Collins Avenue. Bal Harbour village has one of the most upscale shopping outlets, including D&G, just a few miles away.
Design and Features
The 47-story tower will have 68 residential units varying from 2-bedroom suites to luxury penthouses covering the entire floor. Each unit will be fully furnished with high-end appliances. Every condo will have floor to ceiling windows and, unlike the general 9-foot ceiling, Muse Sunny Isles will feature 11-foot ceilings. Wolf and SubZero appliances, Italian kitchen cabinetry, walk-in closets and smart home technology is inclusive in every package offered by the developers.
The exterior of the building is enveloped by artistic elements to help it stand out as an iconic landmark. From the outside, the building complements the surrounding beach atmosphere. This comes as no surprise as it is designed by the famous artist, Carlos Ott and flawlessly executed by the dream team behind Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership.
The Muse is a complete artistic architectural masterpiece. The interior is designed by Ramirez and Antrobus, the same magic hands that gave the touch of elegance to the famous Ocean House and Prime 112.
Amenities and Specifications
With the Muse, the developers are planning to build the most advanced building in Miami, in terms of technology. The building is going to have biometric and facial recognition software to provide better security, a fully robotic parking system and a 75-inch smart TV so residents can enjoy a complete cinematic experience in their own home.
Other amenities include a resort style pool and spa with a modern fitness centre equipped with all the equipment you will ever need. The building also features a breakfast gallery and lobby on the ground floor, also letting you enjoy the panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Prices have not been confirmed but are expected to range from $1,000 per square foot for regular suites and over $2,000 per square foot for penthouse suites.
