The famous Miami residential and commercial real estate constructor Ugo Colombo is once again marking their presence with the highly sought after project named “Flatiron Brickell.” Brickell Flatiron will be one of the tallest buildings in Miami at a height of 750 feet and 65 floors developed by Ugo Colombo and designed by Luis Revuelta.
The developers have finally released the details of the plan for the Flatiron Brickell site, which the company purchased a year ago. After the long wait, the details for the projects are here and the whole construction and real estate community is looking forward to the joint collaboration.

The site is located at 1001 S. Miami Ave Miami, FL 33131, to the north of the Metromover tracks and Flatiron Park. There is a 40,000 square feet space allocated for commercial buyers and it is expected to have luxury outlets including international restaurants, cafes, lounges and shopping spaces.
This means the project is ideally located with high-life urban places such as the Miami Performing Arts Center and Design District just a few minutes away. Miami is the perfect location for anyone who wants to enjoy a heavenly place that blends elite living standards with arts and cultural. With more than 130 art galleries, museums, showrooms, eateries, and pubs, the location is perfect.
Design and Features
The architecture behind this planned masterpiece is none other than very talented architect Luis Revuelta who has worked his magic hand on many high rise condos in Miami. The design consultant for the project is none other than Sean McCaughan from Curbed Miami, another experienced firm that has worked on plenty of successful projects in the past.
As mentioned in the master plan, the building has a curved design structure, with as many as 65 stories crossing the city’s skyline. The design is said to have been inspired from the iconic Flatiron building at Fifth Avenue and Broadway in Manhattan.
Amenities and Specifications
Flatiron Brickell is a 750-foot tall building, intended to have 552 deluxe residential condos that provide all the luxurious amenities anyone could ever want. The building’s design includes a world class and ultramodern gym and spa centre and a rooftop swimming pool.
On the 18th floor of the building, an outdoor lap pool will be constructed. Additionally, the building’s exterior is covered by glass, making it even better. On the front facade, each residential unit has its own elliptical balcony.
Though not yet public, each floor will have double the height of a regular penthouse and the average size of each unit will roughly be around 1,300 square feet. Booking has already started for the project and prices range from $600,000 to $2,500,000.
The available floorplans range from 1bedroom to 4 bedroom units divided as follows:
-From floors 19-49 Tower Residences. 14 units per floor from 740 sq’ to 2,300 sq’ in size as shown in our floor plans
Currently pricing for these units starts at $600 per sq. ft. and goes up to about $900 per sq. ft. depending mostly on floor height, orientation of unit. Floors 50-60 Penthouse Residences. 8 units per floor from 1390 sq’ to 2650 sq’ in size as shown in our floor plans
Currently pricing for these units start at $720 per sq. ft and goes up to about $1,000 per sq. ft
