Brickell City Centre is another major project underway in the city of Miami, which will combine a luxurious experience of living, working and playing in the two high-rise striking towers, aptly called Rise and Reach. These two signature buildings will constitute as the largest and most expensive real estate project in Miami. Currently it is under construction, but the developers are sure it will mark its presence as a famous destination for shopping, fitness and wellness, commercial spaces, restaurants, hotels and the most luxurious residences. The site covers approximately six million square feet and includes almost everything you can ask for at one place. Brickell City Centre is expected to be completed by the end of 2016.
The magnificent Brickell City Centre is nestled in the heart of Brickell. The project is strategically located in such a way that it connects the whole of Miami through main highways, sea routes, railway stations and airports. It also provides direct access to Interstate 95, Port of Miami and Miami International Airport, as well as the Miami Metromover station. It will keep the residents close to the art scene of the city, as creative public spaces such as the PAMM Museum and the illustrious Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts are both around the corner. It is also within the walking proximity of Downtown Miami.
Design and Features
The residential tower of Brickell City Centre will offer a variety of floor plans for 1,2 and 3 bedrooms. All the residences at Brickell City Centre will feature unique flooring, beautiful kitchens and distinct finishes throughout the closet and master bathrooms. You can also choose your specific interior design from a range of choices. Each tower will feature nearly 400 residences with ceilings that are as high as 12.5 feet for deluxe penthouses. Specific deluxe units will include private summer kitchens equipped with BBQ grills and rooftop swimming pools, as well as spas. The massive project covers an area of 9.1 acres.
